Refund Policy

After adding funds to your panel, you have no right to ask for chargeback.

If there is a problem with your order and our team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours, the amount will be refunded to your panel account.

Duplicates Orders

Orders placed for the same link while a previous order is in progress will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Refill Policy

For Refill, the link of your order must be correct / Username Not Changed, Account must be public, no refill will be provided for incorrect Links or private link.

How does the refill system work?

Services Support

We are responsible for any issues related to guaranteed services and will resolve them Fastly.

No Refill Services

We do not provide any support for services marked as "no refill" and no refund for these services.

MTSMM Store is not responsible for account suspension or content deletion by social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or others.
